Who here is feeling Christmassy? I think I’ve been feeling Christmassy since around November time 😝 and I am writing this as I sit in the gym office at work wearing my Christmas jumper 😀🙈
This is often the busiest time of year for everyone, whether it be planning the big day and the big meal, shopping for the big day, celebrating Christmas parties or wrapping up in the office or at work for Christmas! HOWEVER!! That is no excuse to let your health and fitness suffer!
Que: super quick, super fiery (it will burn I guarantee), super festive workout (because you gotta wear your Christmas jumper, hat, earrings.. Whilst you workout!)

Timer & a mat …. And some motivation baybee! Let’s do it!

This entire workout will take a MAX of 25 minutes….. EVERYONE can squeeze 25 minutes into their day for a quick sweat fest!
