Not only is a new day or new dawn.. It’s a new year too!! Welcome 2016 – Here’s to a year of weird and wonderful things, memories and people!
Now, many people wait for a new year to make their resolutions, to eat healthier, to start exercising, to swear less, to love more, whatever it may be. But how long do they last?! Uh hum….
Well THIS YEAR, make yourself accountable. Keep a journal, put a time frame on it and re-evaluate, set goals! I promise it’ll make you more likely to keep to it.
I’m going to do the #100HappyDays challenge. I’ve seen plenty of people do it and think it’s such a lovely thing to do. To find something EVERY SINGLE DAY that makes you smile. At the end of the day, we CHOOSE HAPPINESS.
