Good morning peeps!

So here’s the first addition of my workout series this April.. I’m going to be posting workouts at the beginning of each week…she says as she posts this on Wednesday ๐Ÿ™ˆ hehehe… Easter Monday Bank Holiday warranted a rest day and sent me out of sync!

Hope everyone had a good day back to work after the beautiful Easter bank holiday! It was bright, warm and sunny in the UK!

Now time to get back to it! Let’s workout! We’ll feel great for it! This workout requires NO equipment therefore NO excuses! We like these kind of workouts! ย This workout will burn fat fast, will torch calories and get that metabolism up and running at quite a pace!

Complete 1 x minute of each exercise for 3 x sets!

Food, fitness & fun – April Blog Calendar

April already? ย Whoah where did that come from? ย Time flies when you’re having fun!

I love this time of year! The clocks went forward at the weekend so despite losing an hours sleep we’ve gained another hour of daylight in the evening .. Huge bonus if you ask me… Taking full advantage of this I’ve started up a running club at the leisure centre I work at!

NATIONAL WELLBEING WEEK – DAY SIX – Total Body Superset Workout

Yehhhh baybee be prepared to SWEAT! A necessity if we’re going to get fit and strong!

If you’ve not done a superset workout before then you’re missing out… It’s awesome! It is a killer so don’t be put off! You want to be worked by the end if it! The main difference between superset workouts and a lot of other workouts is that you take little or no recovery between sets? It makes them super!

The only equipment you’ll need for this workout is a set/sets of Dumbbells and either a bench or stability ball.

This will also mean you now know the format for which a Tabata workout is performed? If you don’t, then don’t worry because it’s all explained! And if you do, you’ll know it’s a hard ass killer workout NO MATTER WHAT YOU’RE DOING! I use Tabata for running, Spinning and for any exercise I want to get stronger at! And the beauty of it? It’s all over in 4 minutes :):) Yippee!!

NATIONAL WELLBEING WEEK – DAY TWO – 20 Minute Tabata Cardio Workout

Happy Tuesday all! Day two of National Wellbeing Week and we should be feeling fuelled with our yummy Seeded Cake Bars, recipe which I uploaded yesterday can be found on my recipes page! ๐Ÿ˜Š well worth making because they are delicious!

So, now we all have the energy we need I’ve got a Tabata cardio workout for you all to try! It’s a workout that will guarantee you SWEAT!! My favourite thing because I know I’ve worked! It’ll also get our endorphins flowing – happy endorphins, something that I’d be thankful off after a CRAZY BUSY day at my full time job! Woohoo!

Another bonus too? It’s only 20 mins long, that means NO excuses! We can do it on our lunch break, whilst our dinner cooks or whilst you wait for the kids to get ready for school or for bed!!

This 20 Minute Tabata Cardio Workout is easy to follow, can be done anywhere, and uses only your body weight so no equipment needed! It’s easy to follow workout has only 4 exercises …
