This is very exciting as this is my first post! My absolute favourite single exercise has got to be the SQUAT!! So of course my first post is going to be a squat challenge!
Whenever I’m asked what can be done to help tone butts and thighs my first response is always “squat”. It is an excellent total body exercise that helps tone and strengthen the lower body, hips and core. It can improve flexibility and help reduce the chance of injury when performing other exercises. I recommend squats for EVERYONE! No matter what age, size or gender, just SQUAT 👌
