Pumpkin Pie Protein Bites 🎃

So inspite of our beautiful September sun this weekend it is officially now autumn 🍂🍁 

In celebration I thought I’d chance my arm at cooking with pumpkin purée for the first time EVER! And it’s safe to say, it was a success! I have decided I LOVED cooking with pumpkin! Definitely going to be cooking more with this bad boy!… But first things first… Here is the recipe for my

P U M P K I N  P I E  P R O T E I N  B I T E S

  
INGREDIENTS

 2 cups of porridge oats, pulsed to a fine meal

– 1 cup pumpkin purée

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1 heaped tsp cinnamon

– 1 tsp vanilla essence

– squeeze of agave nectar

– dark chocolate chips (optional)

METHOD

Preheat oven to 175c and line a baking tray with baking parchment.

– Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.

– Bake for 10 minutes and that is IT!

  Whoah, so not only are these really easy to make, they’re also inexpensive to make AND they make like zero washing up… Oh and they taste freaking blissful! WINNER WINNER!

It’s been HOW LONG since I’ve posted? *shock horror*

Hellooooo everyone and Happy Hump Day!!

WOW I just logged into my blog and saw how long ago my last post was?! I’m slightly embarrassed and want to apologise for being AWOL recently!  BUT I’ve got good news… I am back with revengeance 😀 Mwahaha!

So since I last posted on here I’ve changed jobs!! I am now pursuing my career in health and fitness FULL TIME! I’m oober excited as I anticipate to have more time to spend on here writing blog posts/workouts/recipes/product reviews etc. for you lovely people!  I’ve also now nearly finished my Teaching Yoga Diploma AND I’ve signed up to complete my Personal Training Diploma.

Breakfast – The most important meal of the day – Recipe for Protein Strawberry Stevia Pancakes

Whoaaaa where have I been? I had intended on posting onto my blog a couple of times this week – I know what I wanted to write but haven’t yet put words to paper as such!

It’s been a busy week this week… As was last weekend! I ran my first ever marathon last weekend – the Brighton Marathon – and it was AHHHMAAAZING! I loved every minute of it! I’ll be uploading a post shortly on my experience, the do’s and don’ts of marathon training (personal guidelines) and how I got on!
